Coach Rebecca Cheltenham comes to the program after serving as the Varsity Head Coach of El Modena HS with a winning track record, a 2nd place finish and a CIF appearance last season. 

She is a former assistant coach at Cerritos College and current Assistant Coach at Golden West College.

Her strong coaching background extends into Club Volleyball, where she has over 10 years of experience. She is the previous head coach of Protégé Volleyball club where she had top 15 finishes at National Qualifiers and AAU championships. She is currently the Assistant club director of Oasis Volleyball Club, as well as the recruiting coordinator for college-bound athletes. She has coached many gold level High School and Junior High aged Club teams.

As a player, she played collegiately at Hope International University where she received a BA in Sports Management. A graduate of Victor Valley HS, Coach Becca was a two-time All-Desert Sky League and All-Area recipient and guided her team to a league championship. During her career, she received ESPN Athlete of the Week, Scholar-Athlete of the Year, and US -Army Female Athlete of the Year recognition.
